To Save My Sick Daughter, I Unmask My Billion-Dollar Fortune
The Belmont Group is a top US trillion-dollar multinational conglomerate, and Victoria Belmont is its true founder and power. Years ago, she defied her family to marry Julian Miller, a poor nobody, and used her family’s resources and connections to make him a senior executive. When their daughter Chloe develops severe heart disease and needs high-risk surgery, Victoria steps back to care for her, handing daily management, fund approval power, and a supplementary black card to Julian. Outwardly a caring husband, Julian is deeply greedy and insecure. With control in hand, he falsifies accounts, evades taxes, embezzles and transfers group assets, and keeps mistress Lexie, with whom he has a son, Brody. He showers Lexie with the black card and luxury gifts, lying that he is single and will marry her, making her believe she is the real wife of the CEO. The conflict explodes on Chloe’s surgery day: Lexie arrives at the private hospital with the supplementary black card, uses money and her “CEO’s mistress” status to seize Chloe’s life-saving operating room. The hospital director and onlookers, blinded by money, twist the truth and mistake Victoria—the legal wife—for a mistress harassing a man, publicly humiliating and abusing mother and daughter. This fully exposes Julian’s betrayal and ambition. Victoria stops enduring: while saving her critically ill daughter, she mobilizes the group’s legal and audit teams, gathers full evidence of Julian’s embezzlement, misappropriation, and tax evasion, and prepares for public revenge and reckoning at the group’s anniversary gala.
